This little gem is in excellent condition. It does not have any stains, rips or holes (with the exception of one in the netting underneath). It comes from a clean, smoke-free home. I have cats, but there’s no kitty damage to the couch; they are clean, indoor animals (no fleas, etc.). Kept clean and vacuumed once a week (the couch and the cats!). The couch is tan and the fabric is a light brushed corduroy. It’s 80″ long and the cushions are removable for easy cleaning and rotating for even wear. It’s a great couch (originally from Ashley Furniture), but not super heavy; the throw pillows are included.
